Innovative New Technology Company Introduced at PUC Meeting May 7th 2012

On May 10th, Pennsylvania's Public Utilities Commission will consider an application from an innovative technology company, VCharge, to become an Electric Generator Supplier within PPL's service area. The application, if approved, will significantly reduce electric heating costs to homeowners with Residential Thermal Storage heat -- reversing the rate increase suffered by these customers over the past two years -- and will provide unprecedented "smart grid" capabilities that will allow for greater renewable energy integration. "This is truly a win-win-win technology for customers, utilities and the environment" said VCharge CEO Jessica Millar.
